Booking With Nepal Recreation

Booking for our services is a seamless process. However, before booking any services with us, we recommend you to go through out terms and conditions. If you have any confusion regarding our policies, you can contact us directly using the details provided on our Contact Page. Your booking with us will be valid and accepted after we send the confirmation mail to you. The confirmation mail binds a contract between you and our company, we will be bound by the company rules and regulations.

Deposit for Booking Our Services

For the confirmation of booking with, you are required to make a deposit, which will secure your spot for th adventure. After you make the deposit, we will proceed toward making the arrangements for the trip such as booking flight, accommodation, permits, etc. Remember that the booking for a trip to Nepal should be booked for two months prior to the start date. We also have a minimum two weeks booking policy, but you will have to be flexible for booking on such short notice. So, to avoid any kind of disappointment it is best to book at the recommended time frame.

You will have to make a 25% downpayment of the total package for the adventure of your choice. The deposit amount can be made to a bank in Kathmandu; we depend on the trusted Himalayan Bank for our transactions. You can pay the remaining amount after arriving in Kathmandu at our office before the start of your trek or tour. For the payable amount, it is not necessary to pay in Nepalese Rupees (NPR), we also accept foreign currencies like US$, UK Pound, Euro, Chinese Yuan, Indian Rupees, etc. For travel to Bhutan and Tibet, a minimum of one month prior to booking is necessary to arrange all the logistics and entry permits. Clients will have to pay 50% as a downpayment to secure a spot for the trip.

Note: Travelers will need to pay the bank service cost by themselves while making the deposit payment. Also, during unexpected scenarios like transfer delays or loss, Nepal Recreation isn’t liable for reparation. We will notify you after receiving the payment and if there is any required adjustment regarding the agreed amount, we will notify you about it as well.

Online Payment Option

Paying the deposit and total cost of the package via online mediums is also safe and efficient. Nepal Recreation accepts major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, American Express and Visa. You will be able to make the payment via a secure online gateway. However, make note that 4% of the cost will be charged by the card company wile making the booking. So, you will have to make the payment considering the card charges as well. This is one of the easiest booking methods for the trip as you can easily make the payment swiftly from the comfort of your home.

You can click the ‘Check Availability’ option on any of our products if you prefer to proceed with the online booking system. Then, you will be taken to ‘Date & Time’ pane,l where you have to choose the most feasible date for you. After that, you can adjust the number of people joining and then proceed to checkout, where you will get the booking summary. The final window is for payment from where you can make the payment for the package.

Note About Last Hour Booking

Nepal Recreation also has a last-minute booking option if in case you were not able to book for the package in your leisure time. Note that for the last-minute booking, you will have to make 100% payment as you will get only a week before the start date to book for the trip. This last-hour booking facility is not available for trips to Bhutan and Tibet as the arrangement of permits takes at least 3 weeks for these countries.
